The End is Nigh

For me, cooking is a beautiful blend of art and science, and it keeps me energized.  I’ve tried my hand at homemade marshmallows, chocolate ganache-filled milk chocolate truffles, gumbos, and at least a half dozen sauces.  I’ve made Asian-style Mongolian marinades, plum sauces, spicy honey sauces, sweet and sour sauces, and Thai sauces.  In addition, I’ve been all over the map with sauces and compotes for pork chops and beef, thought I will admit, these have probably just been excuses to eat meat.  Once again, don’t judge.  Ok, this isn’t a food blog, I know, but still…

In the meantime, just because I’m giving Rose a break for now, doesn’t mean I’m not writing.  In fact, writing in my truly “free” time (usually lunch) has become so second nature, that I don’t think I’ve stopped writing in one form or another since 2009.  It might be the only healthy addiction I have, and it’s certainly one I don’t plan to stop.

Last but not least, there’s a big possibility that I will be starting up my own publishing company with a close friend of mine.  I’d like to focus on science fiction and fantasy authors (beginning with myself). I know, is one of the most flooded genres out there, but that’s okay.  I think it’s something that could truly help other burgeoning writers, and really like that idea.  More to follow on that subject.

In the meantime, lunch is over, and it’s back off to real life and my real job.  Until later…

  • About the Author

T.M. Lennon currently lives in North Carolina. His passion for science-fiction and fantasy was influenced by Star Wars in 1977 and The Lord of the Rings novels, which he read at an early age. He created the world of Eörlond in his teens for a fantasy role-playing game, and it has grown ever since.

The one-time a soldier, systems engineer, and software developer, now adds author to his list of credentials. He continues to work during the day as an information technology consultant, but spends his precious little free time evolving the land of Eörlond and its inhabitants in front of his trusty laptop.
